Arbitration

The Arbitration (Moot Court) track challenges teams to prepare written submissions and present oral arguments before an arbitral tribunal in a realistic moot-court setting.

Open to teams of two to three students from the same institution. At least one prior moot or advocacy experience is recommended.

Team registration, full details of each team member, a written memorial / submission, and proof of enrolment for all members.

Team applications open in February 2026 and close on 15 July 2026. The case is released to accepted teams.

Teams are selected on the strength of their application and written submission. Spaces are limited.

Teams argue both claimant and respondent positions across preliminary, semi-final and final hearings before expert tribunals.
