Media Content Policy

By submitting an application to participate in the International Tri-ADR Competition (ITAC), you acknowledge and consent to the following: ITAC and its authorized representatives may photograph, film, record, or otherwise capture your likeness, voice, and participation during the course of the event, including all competition rounds, ceremonies, workshops, and networking sessions. Such media content may be used by ITAC for academic documentation, institutional promotion, website publication, social media, printed materials, partner communications, and archival purposes. No financial compensation will be provided for such use. You retain the right to withdraw consent by written notice to the Secretariat before the commencement of the event, with the understanding that media captured prior to withdrawal may remain in use. ITAC will not share personal identification data (passport, ID, contact details) with third parties without separate explicit consent.
