Observers

Observers attend competition rounds and ceremonies to learn from the proceedings without participating directly. This is an excellent introduction to ADR practice.

Open to students, academics and professionals with a genuine interest in alternative dispute resolution.

Application form, an interest statement (max 300 words), and a description of professional or academic background.

Applications open in February 2026 and close on 15 July 2026.

Observer applications are reviewed on a rolling basis subject to capacity.

Observers may attend designated sessions according to the published schedule and the Observer Guidelines.
